When you sign up through us, your bond is lodged with the Bond Centre who holds it in trust. Room Renter has a fixed bond rate of 3 weeks rent. Any financial dispute, a Tenancy Tribunal will be put into place to resolve the matter.

Because our team is always reachable 7 days a week, they are available when you’re in need – meaning they can help sort out any maintenance problems or issues quickly and effectively.

The Room Renter team are highly trained and familiar with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 & Amendments and the rights and obligations for both landlords and tenants, so you can be sure you have everything you need to make the right decision at the right time.
